@Katherine Harper I understand from rewards point of view but less interest rate? Most of the credit card interest rates are higher than RE. Some Creditcard companies give you good rate for first 6 months but after that rates are skyrockets...

Is anyone taking or passed CA RE license exam? I just bought the course and started studying for it..

Hello,

I read a lots of post and prodcast on this forum to learn more and more about the RE. I'm wondering if you could give me a book name which will help me to understand the RE investment business and other aspects of RE.

Do you guys recommend to put contingency that we will pay extra couple of grands on top of appraisal value of the property.. Just to make offer attractive? Also I'm stating that maximum I can pay so and so amount. If house value go beyond it, we will negotiate the value.

Also seller is requesting to live upto 60 days on buyers expense.. As a investor, I am going to lose few grands so what you guys suggest...

Looking for more ideas to make an offer attractive.
