@Mark W Carpenter I’d like to share our strategies that has helped us generate more deals. A good skiptracing software is as important as the list that you are targeting. We work on absentee and preforeclosure lists. Our skiptracing software is very effective and it has 70-80% accuracy. We do cold calling to prequalify the leads. The most important piece of our operation is our virtual assistants who do all the “heavy lifting” such as prospecting/lead gen, cold calling, transaction coordination, crm management, and marketing. Hi Any one has used easytitlesearch.com for county auction ?? Would they cover all prospective searches we can expect for auction properties Can you please provide your detail feedback ?? Or recommend any other title search company or individual to do bulk full title searches for auction properties. Looking for advices BPs Thanks
