What’s your follow up system if someone is not interested right now??

Do you prefer to call by your self or use VA??

We work on absentee and preforeclosure lists. Our skiptracing software is very effective and it has 70-80% accuracy. We do cold calling to prequalify the leads. The most important piece of our operation is our virtual assistants who do all the “heavy lifting” such as prospecting/lead gen, cold calling, transaction coordination, crm management, and marketing. Send me a message if you want more tips. Love to help out

Hey can you also pls guide me on this ?

I'm cold calling pre-foreclosures and I'm having a bit of trouble with my approach.  At first, I was approaching them as a real estate investor that buys homes for all cash and etc, but I noticed that I would get a hard no, not interested, or a hang up. After that, I would ask about their pre-foreclosure then they would say they got it handled then that's that. I did find that a few would talk a bit more so it looks like I'm going in the right direction. I really want to perfect this skill.  I was wondering how you all approach your pre-foreclosures when you are cold calling or door knocking?  Any good examples of investors speaking to pre-foreclosures?

Hi from where you get pre forclosure list and numbers ??

Just make sure you read their reviews, look over their portfolios, and define the scope of work very clearly. The only alternative to this is hiring a local person to do it and letting them work out of their home with scripts you provide. YMMV. I think it's always smart to hire in areas that suck up your time. This goes for all areas of your life. Do what you are best at and delegate the rest.

Hi how is going with VA?? Please PM me more details if you can.. have u trained her ?? How is her coversion rate ??
