I suggest you locate your local REIA Group per National REIA. Then attend the local REIA groups in the area, I found ~5 in Ohio & the Cincinnati REIA in particular .  Find out what people want , & Good Luck.

No, I dis not arrend . The Realtor I talked with tooj the Class for ? $250-500, ^ they wanted 

a lot more $$$ for it,  I plan to take some CCIM Classes esp the -

I attended here in Phx, AZ , Az School of Real Estate & Business for my Real estate license. I have not attended any other RE School here in Phx, but I believe the teaching of Residential & Commerial Math section was excellent. They also offered Math for the RE Agent .

I'd suggest locating local real estate schools and inquire / attend a class ( Math)  .Also, check out online bookstores / local library too.
