Hey BP folks, We're looking for a referral for a good real estate attorney to work with in the Portland OR area. We need to restructure our LLC and creat separate LLC's for holding company and property management, plus some other minor stuff. Looking for someone with specific industry knowledge who can advise us on best practices. Thanks!

Thanks for your replies.  We're just wrapping up our first big rehab/resell project.  I hesitate to call it a flip since we've been in it for a year.  I'll post photos soon and share the results.
