Hi Ryan dont forget to include aprox 10% for vacancies and maintenence fees. Im sure there may be a few more expenses as well. You might want to dona search on BP for landlord expenses. Good luck

Aaron Mazzrillo knocked it out of the park today. I was blown away by all of the Golden Nuggets of info on Wholesaling and marketing. The nugget I got was learn rehab and then become a wholesaler. Oh and the other was to price out a rehab on your own house. Thanks again to this amazing community.
