Hey everyone! As we continue on into a new digital age - I have begun to notice more trends in virtual real estate as well as using Web 3.0 in new real estate marketing/purchasing trends. Make good connections with investor agents who are also always hunting for investment properties for their clients. They sometimes have connections/insider off-market deals from their agent connections as well that may fit what you are searching for!
