@Kirbi Campbell don’t let others negative attitude affect your attitude. Many people looked at the hard times this year brought and rightfully so, many were displaced from homes and lost loved ones. But for the others who did not, look at the positives that came out of this year, more time with loved ones, creative ways to work from anywhere and a re-evaluation of our financial comfort levels. While this year was a hard one, I learned a lot from it and didn’t let it stop me as I still graduated college, found a job and bought my first investment property all in 2020. Remember the good times and learn from the hard times.

I could not agree more - while it has been a hard year it really has allowed so much growth and learning. Congratulations on all of your accomplishments and lets all keep it going here in the new year!

What did you learn from 2020 to take into your business next year? For me - it was developing the habit of time blocking and being more productive and purposeful with my time.

@Orazio LaFata Those are great goals! I also would like to read at least 2 books a month and wake up earlier to better utilize my mornings. I also have a goal to purchase my first solo investment property and take my real estate career to the next level by increasing my network, continuing my knowledge, and closing more deals!
