Hi

We( 3 partners) have an LLC and we own 3 properties in Cleveland, OH and we stay in PA. What are the ways i can get refinance on these properties at a better Rate

1. Checked with Local credit unions and banks in local Erie,PA. they have their own regulations on out of state properties

2. There are private lenders( limaone,Reatyshares) who can do but its around 7 to 8 percent interest Rate

Please help me on any banks that can do at better rates

Hi

I need help in figuring out options as we have paid cash for buying turnkey investment houses

We are a group of 3 people and created an LLC and bringing all the properties under this LLC

1. Go for conventional loan from Fannie or Freddie( but they dont give to LLC)

2. Finance them through local banks( we are in Erie PA and properties are in Cleveland,OH)

3. Finance through non conventional lenders( interest rates are high)

Please help me in solving this as this is the first real estate investment and we wan to progress further

How people of this forum are financing the properties bought under and LLC, All ideas are welcome

Thanks so much

Kiran
