I need to take insurance on single family rental homes,would appreciate any leads for investor friendly insurance agents

Cash flowing at 950 gross net would be around 300 after all deductions 

currently valued at 70000 and no repairs , is it good to keep this or make one time profit and sell it off and look for other properties

Hi Troy , we had a similar issue where we paid 1500 USD each ( 3 people ) to start the loan processing and we never took the loan and never got the refund

Could you advise how did you contact Summit and Crowne partners to get your issue resolved

• we paid 1500 USD to summit and crowne lending partners to start the loan processing
• the payment went to summit and crowne
• paid using credit card
• we never took the loan from them 

Need some feedback on this company as i have paid a fees to get the mortgage and we never got the loan approved from that lender , we were asking for refund and the company is not responding
