Looking for multi unit properties in the below areas

-Cleveland,OH

-Pittsburgh,PA

-Buffalo,NY

we are looking at buying few properties from IIP. please let me know if any of you have worked with this and experiences

@Jonathan Godes  we are going to rehab and rent ( buy and hold) , currently checking with a contractor to get the estimates of fixing it up , then i will be able to look at the amount needed, currently we are looking at 20 to 25k for completely rehabbing the property

I need some help in getting References from BP in terms of finding a rehabber or contractor who can inspect and do the repairs on the property

We have finalized the rental properties. We are looking ways to get the finance. What are the ways we can get faster financing.we have talked to local banks couple of national banks.
