I 3rd that. We never know what is hidden behind walls. or even foundations. I had a property were the steps where supposedly concrete. little did I know it was just a shell! the inside of the concrete was dirt, it all just collapse one day. There was no way an inspector would have found that. because we all walked on the steps and everything when walking through. i found the issue 3 years later.

@Amy X. I don't invest in Howard county tax sale as my goal is to acquire properties and that is highly unlikely in Howard county. It is a relatively safe place to invest for the interest.
