I have a client who wants to sell 10 lots he had since 1980 or somewhere around there. I found all the records online but it doesn't show the land has a code for sfh, or any codes at all.

I have tried emailing the town but no response(before corvid). is there any other way to find out this information?

I am talking both. I know there is a full gut to studs rehab and a average rehab. Trying to figure out in that area what are those cost looking like.

What are the rehab cost per sq for PG County or Bowie Maryland?

We are getting information from everywhere and majority of them have been from real estates sites, banks etc. But this 3rd party company is letting us know that real estate sales are still going strong.

This is my longest closing ever. It’s suppose to be closed back in February. Now it’s delayed because I am waiting for the owners that LIVE in France to send some papers over which they need to get sign at the US embassy.

No word as of yet if they were able to make it to the embassy. I have already wired my deposit to the title company last week.

Anyone had there deal postponed or delayed because of the virus?
