Yeah I read about that program but I live in Pilsen and couldn't take advantage of it. Looking forward to seeing what you do with the land though

I'm actually looking to get my first property in Chicago by the end of the year. There are more than a few multifamily units in my area that need some TLC but have some good potential, though i'm still learning how to crunch the numbers.

@Eric Dowling I had my interview today and you were right KW was very impressive with their education, coaching options and overall investment in each other. I be sending in my paperwork in the nest few days to make it official. Thank you for your insight. I cant' wait to get started!

That is really reassuring to hear @Eric Dowling and thank you for your openness. Really i'm trying to compile a reasonable list of questions for the interview. Do you know if the training is one-on-one or online? Are there different levels and or deadlines?
