I think I may have missed the business entity stuff in the video. How do you create your own business and get things in place to protect it?

Hey there, I'm Kim Dunbar a graduating real estate student in the Chicago South Side area. My husband and I have been studying, talking and dreaming about real estate so quite some time and have decided to come to Bigger Pockets for more education and possibly some networking prospects. Ultimately I would love to learn more about passive income properties. There are a number of multifamily units in our area that have given our landlord and one of my mentors a lot of financial satisfaction. From there I know that the sky is the limit.
