Tenant sent text that she can not lock the front door because it will not close all the way. I responded to remove the air pocket. The storm door has a screen setting- I said to put down the glass by using button so the screen is showing, then try the door again. The tenant said that worked, but before she tried that she had “tried to push the door shut and made a hole in the wall” she said.. I quote “so I guess that needs to be repairs now too ): I’m so sorry”...

Would you repair that? How would you respond?

The door is now closed and locked.

How do I add a photo?

@Kimberly Carver

For us it is a second position loan

@Brandon Terrazas

Hi! We have a home equity loan on investment property (not HELOC) from TD bank. They were able to do HELOC on the property as well but straight home equity loan worked better for our needs.

@Anthony Caiafa as an investor I am intrigued by houses with no photos.. but when buying for our family I scrolled past anything that did not have photos. I see the Zillow listing has just a few photos of the outside. None of the interior. Is the house done? Do you have more photos?

@Jennifer Pauyo

Hi ! I run the business, my husband is the labor :)

We make a great team !

@Jay Hinrichs I agree

multiple places near me are unable to open due to lack of staffing. Hiring bonuses and high wages are not bringing applicants..

@Tucker Cummings

Hi Tucker!... fellow millennial here, so happy to see someone who has the same thoughts as I do. You made my day!

@Nathan G. Many towns in NJ do this. In the towns we rent we are registered, one has annual inspection and one has inspection before each turnover

@Waylon Zook

We have self employed tenants- income verification can be done by using tax returns. To answer your hypothetical, if you meet all criteria you could rent from us :)

@Paul Shannon

Yes- Tuition is too high. IMO Discussion should be about lowering costs not about “forgiving” (someone else paying off) loans.

For the OP, the question is if this thesis paper covers the repayment of the student loans, are they eligible for forgiveness, are interest rates are the same as other student loans, who pays that insurance mentioned, etc.
