I see. Yes I plan on adding value to it in the long term. I haven’t got it appraised yet but considering it’s rare to find a 4plex in my area and duplex are going for 350k+. This property as is should be worth over 400k+.

I have an off market 4 unit property fully rented asking price is 350k. I need to put 25% down to get the loan. How soon can I refinance the property in order to get my down payment back? Actual value is between 463-525k
