I'm new too. I also recommend taking Brandon's "free course" under the Education tab. It's starts you on a great foundation. Also, I am reading J Scotts 2 books 'The Book on Flipping Houses" and "The Book on Est Rehab Cost". They are excellent IMO.

Welcome @Chris Watson. I'm in BP college at the moment too while I'm waiting to move back to Myrtle Beach this fall. Awesome site!

keep your goals where you can read them everyday:-) You might even try wholesaling a deal while you are working your way outa debt. That one strategy that doesn't acquire a lot of money. Just some good ole fashion deal hunting and learning how to make good offers and estimating rehab and after rehab value. Start building your team now. Have you taken the BP course Brandon has on the site. It sure gave me a good foundation to start from.
