Hi 

I am from Margate, Kent, England.

I  have couple of properties here. I would like to say that Biggerpockets is wonderful educational resource  even though a lot of things discussed in forums and podcasts do not apply to our market in the UK.  But nevertheless it is great to hear so many inspiring stories.
