I was called and was given an offer to become a partner in a wholesale deal. The other wholesaler already has the house under contract, and needs me (also a wholesaler) to do the marketing and find the buyer.

What contract would I use for this type of partnership deal?

I have an exit strategy in my contract on a wholesale deal, but how do I apply the exit strategy?

1) Do I write a letter to the seller explaining why I'm backing out of the contract?

2) Are there any examples letters online?

3) Lastly, would I also write a letter to the title company?

the issue is that they're holding out for more than the contract states. Investors are only offering below what the sellers are asking for. What I would like to know is exactly when and how do I use my exit strategy??

This is my first wholesale deal and my once motivated sellers aren't so motivate anymore. How would I use my exit strategy when the sellers get greedy?? We have a few more days until the contract is up.

I am looking for a good general contractor to look at my property and give me an estimate on a handyman special located in Lakeland, FL. Can someone please help me!? Its a 2/1, 568 sq. ft. (should take an hour or less)

Of course, I will be using this contractor for future projects!!
