hello beautiful people!!!

QUESTION?? I talked to a guy who has property zoned for commercial. the surrounding buildings sold for average $135,000+ and he is asking $60,000. it has new wood floors, a/c, new electrical outlets, new ductwork, etc!!! it doesn't have a kitchen or bath. is this something I should go for?? also......what contract would I use for this commercial property??

thank you!!

Alternately the sister could likely hire a lawyer and successfully force the brother to sell. A contracted hit would be less expensive.

LOL!! That would be less expensive!!!

Could this get done through a title company??

Hello to all my beautiful friends!!

Question??

1) What contracts would I use to wholesale a mobile home??

2) Are they the same contracts as if I were wholesaling a block home??

Comments would be much appreciated!!!

You could start by contacting potential buyers on your buyer's list. If you don't have any potential buyers, then maybe post some bandit signs or post flyers or something. You could also go to a local real estate investing Meetup or REIA meetings and find buyers/investors there. It depends on who you are trying to sell it to.

Thank you so much Julie. I do have a buyers list! I will contact those buyers first and see where it goes from there! Thanks for giving me a serious answer. This is my first joint venture and there's a first time for everything. Have a good night and thanks again for your input!!!

Sounds like your "coach" is leading you in the wrong direction.

LOL! If I asked him, I'm sure he would. I'm putting the question out there for the people who had similar experiences. Im researching now to make sure that if I call him, he would know that I've done the due diligence.

My coach wants a house sold, but he gave me limited info! (Well maybe the info is limited to me due to this being my first time selling for someone else... lol)

He told me to do my best to sell this house and gave me the ARV, asking price, address, and a brief description!!

What should be my first move?? I have an idea, but I want to make a GREAT impression without asking him so many questions!!!

Your help will be hugely appreciated!!!!
