Hey! Sounds like you just need to do some due dillegence, gain some basic knowledge and then reach out far and wide! Good luck!! Ps: making money while you sleep is the best way to look at it!

Hello everyone! I'm a 24 year old Engineering graduate student from the Bahamas. I'm looking to getting my first rental property in the summer of 2018. I'll be done paying my tuition in about 3 months from now & graduation is in May. So that means I'll be able to complety save for RE starting in 3 months from the full time job I currently have. Looking to form a team and connect with likeminded individuals both young and young at heart. I've been listening to podcasts and webinars for a while now and it's just been blowing my mind and exciting me more and more, giving me confirmation that my passion for real estate is a good one to have! Currently I live in the Louisville/Southern Indiana area but I am definitely willing to invest out of the area when the time comes! Hope everyone is having a purpose filled weekend so far and I'm looking forward to connecting with all of you! Stay in touch and stay safe everyone! Kevin.

Thank you Brett Snodgrass I will check them out! Stay blessed and continue to live in purpose!
Wow! Congratulations!
There is a direct purpose for every "bump in the road" in life man. Your story is amazing because you were once ahead, you've fallen behind and by getting onto BP you're definitely headed on the up and up again. I'm 24 years old out of the southern Indiana -Louisville area and the way you describe yourself isn't far off from how I feel about myself... I'm new to this as well and looking to form a team to possibly move forward with. Maybe we can talk some and see what happens from there.

Wow! Great responses Chris T. And John Thedford . If I may add....remember why you started REI in the first place as it'll sustain you when things get tough.
