Hello everyone! I'n new to this forum, so just a little about myself. I'm 24 years old and was born in the Bahamas. Currently I live in Southern Indiana and I work as a full time field engineer in the southern Indiana/Louisville area as well as finishing my graduate degree in Engineering. Real estate has been for about a year now a serious passion of mine and upon graduation I'm looking to dive into investment properties in the area with a few partners. I came across BP today (was so excited that something like this actually existed where likeminded people can come to network and learn) and I've been scanning through many of the discussions that relate to me and I'm already learning so much. I'm looking to meet some REAs, CPA's and other investors both young and young at heart nearby to possibly build relationships and learn/gain insight. Hopefully as a result of BP I'm able to form a great team moving forward. As of now my interests lies in multi families, but I'm open to other investments. I will much appreciate any guidance & advice that anyone throws my way! It's a pleasure to be amongst you all!
