F-1 Graduate Student looking to connect!

Hello everyone! I'm a 24 year old Engineering graduate student from the Bahamas. I'm looking to getting my first rental property in the summer of 2018. I'll be done paying my tuition in about 3 months from now & graduation is in May. So that means I'll be able to complety save for RE starting in 3 months from the full time job I currently have. Looking to form a team and connect with likeminded individuals both young and young at heart. I've been listening to podcasts and webinars for a while now and it's just been blowing my mind and exciting me more and more, giving me confirmation that my passion for real estate is a good one to have! Currently I live in the Louisville/Southern Indiana area but I am definitely willing to invest out of the area when the time comes!
