Good Evening, I hope this post finds everyone safely after last nights storm . 

I am wondering if anyone can give me examples or a template for one page contracts/ purchase agreements used in Texas for Wholesale, flipping and assignment. I see some purchase contracts online but see nothing about actual wholesale wording or assignment. Thanks for any help.

Guys and Gals, 

I've been doing my homework and gathering as much info and knowledge as I can before I pull the plug on my first deal. If anyone knows or has any recommendations for a reputable GC and Inspector in the San Antonio area that it would be greatly appreciated. 

@Regina Jones Do you mind sharing your formula with a newbie? I'm very interested in how to determine or at least get a ball park figure of what cost should be.
