Guys and Gals, 

I've been doing my homework and gathering as much info and knowledge as I can before I pull the plug on my first deal. If anyone knows or has any recommendations for a reputable GC and Inspector in the San Antonio area that it would be greatly appreciated.

Larry from www.larryinspects.com is a very good inspector. Not as cheap as some, but still an incredible value given his wealth of knowledge.
