Closing On First San Antonio Flip Soon!

Hi there everyone!

Exciting news! Just got my first flip under contract. I finally pulled the trigger today. I'm very excited and emotions are running high but I know the real work begins now.

I have some hard money lenders lined up to give a call to tomorrow but I wanted to see if anyone had recommendations for my situation in particular. In order to get my foot in the door on this deal I offered $54,500 in cash and stated that I could close in 10-12 days. My closing date will be on the 5th of September.

I'm looking for different rates at this point and can give further information if need be.

Have a great day!

I use Corridor Funding (contact Jason Hirko) and they have always been very responsive, effective and able to close pretty quickly.

Jason Hirko is on the forum and he may be able to help you.
