Hello BP Community,

I am looking for your help/ recommendations on who you guys are using to transactionally fund your wholesale deals. I have a deal under contract that I would like to use transactional funding for but I would like to see what recommendations the BP community has and what % you guys/girls are getting. Lot now available for $56k. Buyer must close within 7 days!  New construction profit potential >100k.  Purchase 56k + 112k to build ~2000sqft. Sale price of 275k = potential 107k profit minus holding and quiet cost.

Great answer by @Mike Dymski you wont be able to get all of your cash back in a refinance. But depending on the bank you should expect to be able to pull out 70-75% LTV and you can use that cash for your next BRRR great job!
