Hello Biggerpockets Family,

I have a question that I am looking for advice on.  I want to know if I can sell my rental property using seller financing if the property currently has a mortgage on it from a refi?  I am looking to sell a property for ~60k using seller financing , however the property has ~25k mortgage.  I would like to sell the property using seller financing so that I can still cash flow the property without the tenant headache.  I would like to know if this is possible without having to pay off the mortgage.  Thanks
