Profits: BRRR VS Flip profits
Hey Everyone,
This is my first post, and I'm in love with BP! I just bought my first duplex and I now am planning for step two. However I'm getting some conflicted thoughts in my own mind and looking for some advice on which avenue is more profitable upfront (not long term). I'm going to create a hypothetical situation.
The hypothetical situation: Flip vs Buy and hold BRRR
Given they both were bought for the same price, have the renovation costs, and same ARV; is there any reason I wouldn't chose the buy and hold to leverage the equity for a future acquisition vs the flip?

You can shear a sheep many times; you can skin him only once.
