What's up Al, I'm sorry you are going through this. You might have to get a lawyer to help you out. Don't think this is on you. The title company made a huge mistake. FYI, check your county assessor's website along with having your title company run a title check. Hope everything works out God Bless! Kenneth

@Bryan Boulware What's up! The money you receive from your buyer should be enough to bring the loan current, pay for any liens, lawyer fees......etc. However, if the seller is way over leveraged and they will not allow you to take over their debt. You may have to do a short sale. I hope this helps God Bless

Use a title holding land trust. Put everything you and the seller agree to in your contract. Have your Lawyer review your contract. You can't be added to the loan. You can wrap the existing mortgage with the financing you and the seller agree to. Hope this helps God Bless!

Good afternoon, If your going to wrap the existing mortgage. You don't have to go through the bank. You and the seller come to terms on what the financing will be, then you wrap that around the existing mortgage. You become the bank. Hope this helps! God Bless

You don't need a website right away. The most important thing is getting in front of Sellers and making offers. Hope this helps God Bless!
