Nicole Heasley and others, I've wondered whether "one year mark" meant a flat one year from closing or a collective one year period within say five years ownership. If you owned a nice snowbird property somewhere and decided to pick up another house why would one require you to live in said property anyway? I think your looking for legal outlines not just legal ramifications, right?

Michael Swan and I have talked on the phone and he has provided me with as much wisdom/knowledge as one can via phone in different time zones. I am located in Tallmadge Ohio just outside of Swanny's wheel house in the NEO.
