I'm looking to learn from an experienced investor that's local near me (tallmadge). I'm a 26 yr old male that is fully employed but really want to learn with a mentors guidance how to drive a deal. I'll put in the "leg work" after normal business hours to complete your next deal completely free, so that you may collect on the deal and I can learn! My current focus is single family rentals in the Akron ish area. If your interested please let me know! FYI iv held jobs as a construction project manager, estimator, engineering tech. and, drafter. I'm comfortable with numbers, people and construction.

James, thanks for the reply. I will definitely look into those opportunities. I've gone to a couple ACREIA meetings last year and was .... kind of unimpressed with the enthusiasm at the meetings but maybe those were just expectations.

Ive talked to a couple local construction business owners and just see them buying properties without a plan"shooting from the hip". So that's why I really want a professional investor to shadow. It's good to see a law based property novelist, I don't see it every day. I'll stay in touch, maybe we can help each other in the future!
