Welcome to BP Gabriella Pleasant my wife and I live in Menifee and soon to be in Murrieta. You should check out our local meet up for those interested and or currently in RE investing. It's been a great group and growing every month. We will be meeting @9am Ryan Bros Coffee in Temecula at 9:00am on Sept 10th on the patio outside. You should come by. It's really laid back and very informative. Last month @Sharad Mehta was there. Great group

Hi @Ryan Murakami I am also looking Menifee for rehab rental investments. There is a lot of new construction and growth in both the SFH & retail space. I am watching the homes build in the 1980s locates near the 215 frwy and a new huge towncenter center going in.

This is a great question for sure. There will undoubtedly be some manipulation to the markets to demonize the Brits vote to leave the EU. Who knows what the Fed will do. The economy can't really handle to much of an increase in rates. I think they will wait until after the US elections to make any big moves. Just my two cents
