Hey! Avonte here. Completely new to REI & Bigger Pockets. Very excited to jump in and learn as much as possible. I have downloaded and began to read a majority of the books and guides on here and I love what I'm getting. If there is any advice or tips that anyone would like to pass on, I would love and greatly appreciate it, especially in wholesaling with little to no money. Hope to hear from some of you!
