As a Real Estate Agent I have yet to work with foreclosure properties. I feel that having some foreclosure experience would be a great tool to have in my belt. I understand that they may be difficult and a long process, but I know that there are people out there that may need help. I want to know what experience you've had with foreclosures and what the outcome was in the end.

I just thought I'd give you all an update. The transaction has closed!! Yay! I was able to push through this transaction with the other agent. It wasn't easy, but I've learned so much from this transaction which I am thankful for. Thank you for all of the advice and encouragement.

@Linda Jones

No worries. Congratulations, where in Sanders County did you buy? Plains is one of my favorite locations.

@Garrett Maki

We could maybe try FB. I do know that some people here on BP have asked about when the next meet up is. I'll find them and tag them in it!

I have been thinking about hosting an Investor meet up here in Kalispell! I just wanted to see who would be interested in coming! I figured the first few meet ups would just be more of a meet and greet and then we can start to get into specific topics!

@Nicole Shipley

The market in the Flathead is booming right now. We've seen a significant climb in out of state buyers due to COVID. There are so many locals that are in need of a place to rent, but it is difficult to find anything. If you were to relocate and find a decent deal on a property you could rent out, you definitely wouldn't have an issue finding a long term renter.
