@Brett Lee It's a great place to live! You should definitely come visit Kalispell sometime. If you do we could meet up over some coffee and chat about Real Estate! 

@Will Fraser You should look into Kalispell or Whitefish (Flathead County) We are surrounded by mountains and 30 minutes from Glacier National Park. It's a great place if you love the outdoors. Not bad for investing either. Let me know if you have more questions and I'd love to give you some insight :)

@Mikelyn Green I agree with what everyone else is saying! I would definitely find a Real Estate Agent that also invests. They should be able to give you advice and help you sort out what type of investments you are wanting to get into. Although you should do your research and learn as much as possible on your own. There are some things you just can't learn without doing if that makes any sense. You will learn something new everyday when in comes to Real Estate and Investing. 

@George Shetler An agent should be able to help you out with that. I'd love to run some CMA's against a property you are looking at purchasing. Just let me know.

@Preston Lamb and I won't be able to make it to GF for this one, but on a side note I am hosting a meet up November 19th at Brannigan's in Kalispell at 6:00pm if you know anyone in or near Kalispell that can't make it out to GF for your meet up!
