Hey everyone, I wanted to let you know the next meetup in December 9th. Black Diamond Mortgage agreed to come chat with us a little bit about Credit and Loans. @Greg Todrank I don't think it would hurt to get a police report, it may not help. However, this is a learning experience and I would hate for you not to get a report and find out it would've helped your case. Better safe than sorry. 

Definitely check to see what your state rules and regulations are. (talking to a property manager may help with insight) This experience will help you learn and guide you in the right direction for the next incident with a tenant. Good luck and keep going!

@Carol Hopwood Hello! Thank you @Brady Potts. Yes, I host a monthly Investor Meetup here in Kalispell. When we have guest speakers come to chat with everyone I Zoom that portion of the meetup. Other than that, we all just chat about what we have going on, wants/needs. Put deals together and talk about the market.
