@Melissa McGhee Welcome to BP! If you don't mind making the drive, there's a few unofficial BP meetups in Seattle, Kirkland and Lakewood every month. Come out and join us if you can!

@Scott Price I'd love to attend a Whidbey meetup! Let me know if I can help you with organizing.

Luckily, @Brian Truman decided to come on over before receiving a reply and we met before I even knew he had posted here. For future reference, registration is desired but not required, so if you end up available just before - or even half way through - feel free to come on by!

Thanks again to everyone who came out tonight and congratulations to our raffle winner, Chris K.!

Looking forward to seeing everyone again at the next meetup!

@Brandon Turner Awesome! Hope to see you there!

Bummer! Hope to see you next time around!  @Albert Bui

Congratulations @Tim West! Looking forward to seeing you another time!

And last but not least, some mentions! BP doesn't allow tagging people who aren't in your contacts list, so if I haven't mentioned you below and you'd like me to tag you next month, please add me to your contacts list and/or shoot me a note telling me so!

@Tatiana Gershanovich, @Dima Suslikov, @Ryland Taniguchi, @Tarl Yarber, @Alex Chin, @Albert Bui, @Ruth Bayang, @Lori Valene, @Enrique Jevons, @Jordan Low, @Mike Sumsky, @Bob Malecki@Brandon Tobey

Thanks to our co-organizers @Kevin C., @Troy Fisher and @Tiffany Plovie for bringing me on board to help out while Kevin is off fishing with the bears in Alaska.

Maybe if we're really lucky, @Brandon Turner might even honor us with his presence!

Don't forget to head on over to our Meetup page and RSVP.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there!

Post: Developing a senior housing project

As of now the options seem pretty well open. We know the city needs more senior housing, but aren't sure if that would be a 55+ community or a care facility. I'm thinking it's most likely the latter. We've been in touch with them (the city) but haven't heard back yet.

@Julie Marquez Contacting local operators is a good idea. I'll get started on that. Also, it would be great if you could facilitate an introduction with the folks you mentioned above. Much appreciated!
