Investor / Wholesaler in Washington

I have over 15 years of experience on the mortgage lending side of real estate. As of 2016, I moved to Yakima, WA and instead of returning to mortgage lending decided to go into the investment side. I enjoy the negotiation process and conversations with clients most. I particularly would like to stay in the wholesaling side of things for now.

Welcome Melissa, Good to hear you are enjoying the Palm Springs of Washington state, without the 110° temperatures.  I am in the tri cities, and still have a spouse that is unconvinced about real estate investing. But the market is good here and I keep hoping  he and I may live happily ever after with passive income from rentals.
