Low inventory coupled with low interest rates it's possible to see seemingly unrealistic growth.  Inflation, increasing interest rates and inventory stabilized is what I'm curious about... will home values hold up?

I am looking for feedback on who is funding your rentals/buy and holds?  There doesn't seem to be a lot of options out there.

 A proof of funds will help you get deals under contract but most lenders will want to pre-approve you.  If I were a realtor and got a contract to be assigned, I'd advise my Seller that clearly the property is worth more than we are asking...
