Proof of Funds

Good morning Investors!

Is there a way that I can put in an offer for a property on the MLS without a proof of funds letter? My intentions are to assign the contract to an investor.

Please advise.

Proof of funds are irrelevant when "going into escrow". The whole purpose of a POF is for the seller to determine if you have the ability to buy, Before they sign the purchase contract. No agent who has a clue will advise their seller to enter contract without one.
