Before and After Pics Indialantic Florida
Here are some pics of a rehab we just completed. I think the design and materials turned out great, I'm really happy with rehab itself.
This is my second attempt at staging and the first time I staged bedrooms. I'm happy with the result but I'm still learning about colors, design, style. I'm mostly winging it, any tips on improving the staging?

Overall it looks great! Great transformation.
As for the staging a few things.
Overall your furniture is laid out very well, no problems there. You want everything to have a symmetrical feel. Balance is very important.
The issues I am seeing is that the gray is a little overpowering and is not creating a warm, homey feel. For example in the kitchen, everything is one level gray, so you might want to add color on the countertops, whether its through some natural items of small natural woven baskets, cutting board or bowls of fruits(oranges or green apples are always a good choice) or maybe adding a color keurig. Overall the kitchen just needs a little color and some warmth.
Also, since you are making such a bold statement with the turq door I would use that color throughout the house. You have many variations of blue going through that it doesn't look cohesive.
And while I am a fan of gray, there is a lot of it. Gray is a great color to combine with warm wood tones. It really helps warm up the house. For example, the dining room table would be a rustic wood with white or black chairs or maybe the table across from it. Even the cocktail table could be wood. You just need to bring some elements in to warm up the home.
Then one last thing, I would throw a textural blanket on the couch with a few pillows. My choice would be cream, white, or a light linen. Nothing with color.
If you can't change up the furniture, then I would add the warm through the natural elements that I mentioned above.
If you have any questions. Let me know!
Again great job!
