Hi Greg.  Would you consider selling it to an investor with similar terms?  If so, I'm very interested in speaking with you.  We could potentially eliminate all the realtor concerns and depending upon the location, I may be happy to pay a small premium.

Hello!

I know someone who needs to sell his occupied rental property in Alton, IL.  He'd like to have a fair appraisal completed.  He wants the fair market value without bias toward seller or buyer.  Can anyone recommend a good appraiser who works the Alton, IL area?
