Hello everyone!

While I've owned and managed one single family rental home for the past 21 years, I'm now positioning myself to become a full time real estate investor.  I'm pursuing a life long dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur!  

I'm getting started in my home market in IL, just east of St. Louis, MO... the St. Louis Metro East.  

The first real estate strategy I'm working to implement is wholesale.
