Purchased our first investment property about 2 years ago at the Lake of The Ozarks. Has done very well woth short term rentals and we are looking to purchase our 2nd soon. Our focus is on residential annual leases currently. Haven’t done any vacation rentals, but would consider if the numbers made sense.  Property managers charge 35-40%. Great you have been able to self manage. Lands End has the right amenities for vacation rentals, can’t think of any better.  Grandview Point, Fountainview Landing, Seascape Point, Parkview Bay are others nearby worth looking at too for comparison.
