I just signed up for BiggerPockets, and started looking around the forums. however, I am currently listening to the Book On Rental Property Investing, and am looking to purchase my first deal within 1 year. Hi, Scott! I recently moved OUT of Arizona to Sacramento, CA. I lived in northern Arizona, but frequented the whole Phoenix area, and Scottsdale is a beautiful part! Hope you enjoy it!
