Greetings. I just signed up for BiggerPockets, and started looking around the forums. however, I am currently listening to the Book On Rental Property Investing, and am looking to purchase my first deal within 1 year. I'm looking to start my investing career i n Sacramento and the surrounding areas. So hello everyone!
