@Douglas Spence

Honestly haven’t made a plan yet. I feel like I just need to keep stockpiling my savings. Keep talking and working with investors and eventually I will figure it out.

@Jacob Pereira

I am not a high earner and the max is 6k. Maybe your thinking of Roth 401k. I have no idea but I do know my max is 6k. I do think it is important to invest in myself as you said. Recently got my RE license this past year, I exercise, and will be taking Spanish this summer when I'm off the school schedule (I'm a teacher; this is year3)Im from the RGV so I can get by but my parents do not speak it. it's been a goal for awhile to get better.I have very low living expenses and try to put my money in fueling my RE business, building up my emergency savings, putting towards my Roth, travel (but covid), and future RE investing. I love to budget and set goals lol. Buttt I also don't know anything about life and appreciate guidance so thank you!!!! What has your experience with REI been like?

@Allen S.

Yes I have talked about using my principal but anyone I tell that to says it would be better to leave it in there.
