I believe eXp let’s you do some three personal deals a year.  So that could work out..

@Jonathan Greene can you help me out here…

I looked it up, agents can do 3 personal deals: $85/mo agent fee, $250 transaction fee, $40 risk management fee, $25 broker review fee. If you’re like me, haven’t done 3 deals in a given market, eXp pairs you with a mentor; mentor takes 20%.

Risk management fee (their E&O) seems kind of high? Brokerages I've come across charge $100/yr. Still with considering.

eXp might be a good fit. How many deals do you close? Are you full time or part time?

Part-time, but really I’ve just started and am mostly interested in selling my current place for a different place.

Hi,

I’m looking for 100% commission brokerages in NYC. I was with R New York and am wondering how Oxford Property Group compares? What is OPG’s fee schedule? These are the only two I know.

I found the apartment on CityRealty, listing says no fee, "list courtesy by" a real estate agent and broker. Do I have to pay the listing agent then? I haven't reached out, and the building is within walking distance from me.

Hi,

If you find a broker-fee apartment in NYC for yourself, and you’re the real estate agent, do you still have to pay the broker fee?

Post: Making an Offer On a House - Downpayment

Hi,

I am making an offer on a house and in the contract it states the bank that gave me the approval letter and the down payment I intend to pay. If the contract is accepted, and I choose a bank different than the one stated in the contract, is the contract void?

Hi,

I'm at the phase where I'm looking for real estate agent. Sometimes in the interview process, an agent will ask for a pre-approval letter. My pre-approval letter lets me edit the offering price and exact address, but by default it states the max qualified loan for a zip code. What should I give an agent when I'm only beginning my home search? I'm interested in homes in a range below the max offered.

Hi, in gated communities like Locust Lake Village for example, how does a handy person, cleaner, etc, access your STR property? Say you have a revolving list? I haven't bought a place yet, but just wondering how cumbersome it would be for someone to come fix something with the added barrier of entry?

@Philip Koller do you have a RE agent you can recommend for Long Pond, PA? I’m looking for an experienced agent to help me with my first deal.
