STR handy person / cleaner accessing gated communities

Hi, in gated communities like Locust Lake Village for example, how does a handy person, cleaner, etc, access your STR property? Say you have a revolving list? I haven't bought a place yet, but just wondering how cumbersome it would be for someone to come fix something with the added barrier of entry?
